Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where warranted.

5. Payments and Transactions

All financial transactions on panaloko app — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Members are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to them personally. Third-party payments are not accepted.

In cases of suspected fraud, account balances may be withheld pending investigation.

Any outstanding balance at the time of closure will be returned to the member's verified payment method, subject to the completion of identity verification and any pending transaction reviews.
